Introduction
Jaiden Noble is a rising point guard developing his game at Thomas Stone High School in Waldorf, Maryland. Standing at 5’9” as part of the Class of 2029, Noble brings speed, leadership, and a strong work ethic to the floor. As a young guard continuing to grow into his role, he is focused on making an impact through both his play and his presence as a teammate.

Background
Noble started playing basketball in third grade, but his love for the game came from a memorable experience. In 2017, he met Kobe Bryant at Disneyland and got to take a picture with him. That experience left a lasting impression and helped spark his passion for the sport. From that point forward, he became more committed to improving and developing his skills.
Development
During his freshman year, Noble played on the junior varsity basketball team. They struggled early in the season but improved as the season went on and developed more chemistry with each other. His development is driven by an intense training routine. During the season, he practices for 2 hours, followed by an additional 2–3 hours at the gym and structured training sessions throughout the week. During the offseason, he has workouts and practices on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, he goes to the gym to continue improving every aspect of his game.
Influences
Noble credits his AAU coach, Phil, as a major influence on his journey. In his first AAU season, Coach Phil took Noble under his wing and helped him identify the skills he needed to work on. Noble then began working on those skills and became a better player on and off the court. Coach Phil's mentorship has helped shape Noble into a more disciplined and focused player.
Goals
Looking ahead, Noble has high aspirations for his future. He wants to play Division I college basketball, with Auburn University and the University of North Carolina among his top choices. Over the next year, his goal is to get his name in front of college coaches and gain more exposure. On the court, he is focused on improving his passing ability while continuing to rely on his strengths of getting to the basket and getting to his spots. Long-term, he hopes to play professionally, with goals of competing overseas or eventually in the NBA.
Closing
In March, Noble competed at the High School All-American Showcase in Baltimore, Maryland. He said it was a great experience and an opportunity to play against other talented athletes in his area. The event reinforced the importance of staying consistent and continuing to work, knowing that others are working just as hard to improve. He adapted quickly to new teammates, learning their tendencies and helping build chemistry throughout the event. Most importantly, he aimed to showcase that he is a player who is coachable, unselfish, and takes academics just as seriously as athletics. With his leadership mindset and dedication to improvement, Jaiden Noble is steadily building toward a promising future in basketball.
